"It was a huge hurdle. I was gonna say something about lack of sleep and its totally underrated, yeah, we've spent a long time on this," says David Banmiller, Aloha Airlines CEO.
"It's very gratifying to see that we can come to terms on this. We've worked very hard until three in the morning last night and the night before and finally resolved all the issues," says Daniel Katz, Pilot's Union attorney.

Tentative agreement for Aloha Pilots
Although not yet ratified by the rank and file of the Aloha Airlines pilots' union, the news media in Hawaii have announced that the pilots and the airline have reached a tentative agreement on contract negotiations.
